TICKET RELEASES
Tickets are offered in limited phases — 1st, 2nd, 3rd, ... release.
Each tier grants the same exclusive access, but early buyers enjoy preferred pricing. Once a release sells out, the next tier begins.
MINIMUM AGE
The general minimum age is 21 for all day events. For certain individual night events like PACHA Munich or O-KLUB Vienna the minimum age is 18.
NO RE-ENTRY
Once you leave the venue, you cannot come back in using the same ticket or wristband.
TICKETS AT THE DOOR
A limited number of door tickets may be available if the event isn't sold out, but they are always the most expensive option.
We strongly recommend purchasing online in advance — the earlier you buy, the better the price.
REFUND
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can safely transfer them to another guest. Please bear in mind that we do not guarantee entrance on re-sold tickets.
DRINKS AND FOOD
We offer a premium bar and selected gourmet options to match the MAJA experience.
TABLES
Table reservations are available upon request. Please contact the dedicated email address listed for each event for availability and details. Kindly note that each guest must hold a valid event ticket, regardless of the table booking.
CABLE CAR
Cable car tickets (Winter Tour) are not included and must be purchased separately.
WEATHER
MAJA events take place rain or shine, with venues prepared to ensure a seamless experience.
In the unlikely case of a weather-related cancellation, all ticket holders will be informed directly and provided with further details.
